• All changes to reservations must also be made in writing and confirmed by Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa
• Last minute bookings must be confirmed with a faxed copy of the voucher or e-documentation prior to client’s arrival to guarantee the reservation
• All reservations MUST contain the following information:
  • Client names
  • Arrival & departure dates for Fiji Hideaway Resort
  • International arrival & departure flights
  • Bure category
  • Booking code if a special rate or plan is used

2024/25 Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation in writing. If the wholesaler does not receive a cancellation confirmation from Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa it will be considered that no such cancellation has been received and the wholesaler will be charged accordingly
• Cancellations received outside 30 days prior to arrival, no charge.
• Cancellations 21-30 days of arrival, a 1 night fee of room type booked applies
• Cancellations 14-21days of arrival, a 50% fee of full stay of room type booked applies
• Cancellations 7-14days of arrival, a 100% fee of full stay of room type booked applies
• No shows and non- arrivals and early departures will be subject to 100% penalty

Check In – Check Out Times

• Check-in time: 2.00 pm
• Check – out time: 11.00 am

Early Check In (ECI). Early check-in request is subject to availability on the day of arrival. To guarantee an early check-in, a full night’s pre-registration charge applies.

Late Check Out (LCO). If a LCO is required, this must be requested at time of booking. A fee of 50% of the daily room rate applies for departures between 11.00 am and 6.00 pm. Departures after 6.00 pm 100% of the daily room rate applies.
